Delivery times

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, customs processing and local holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. If any apply, they are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are collected by your local customs authority.

Power and plug

Glowr™ ships with a US plug (rated 100–110V). Outside the US, please check your local outlet type and voltage before use. You may need a travel plug adapter or a voltage converter.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it.
