Refund policy

We want you to love your Glowr™ mask. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Free returns

Returns are completely free of charge. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll help you resolve it.
